NB: I tried using both Windows and Debian on WSL. Also, the speeds were abysmal.ĭo you know of any way to download a bz snapshot at a reasonable speed (at least 500MBit/s) successfully ? I retried rclone using only 1 thread but it crashed after only a few hours. However, after downloading almost 4TB of data, it was only 1% done and I couldn't understand what happened. So I tried using 80 threads which finally gave me a download speed of 800Mbit/s. Using only 1 dl thread resulted in abysmal speeds. Second I tried to use CyberDuck, but the connection timed out and download speed was abysmal.įinally, I tried to use rclone. All solutions I have tried have failed.įirst I tried to use the official b2 CLI tool, and (1) progress doesn't work and the terminal is freezed and (2) when everything is downloaded the tool throws multiples python errors and the snapshot gets deleted. However, it is impossible for me to download the file. Fortunately, I had all 3.6TB backed up on Backblaze and I generated a snapshot. I recently had a huge storage issue on my desktop PC and lost almost everything that was stored on it.
